The minimum size of the delegation must be 8 delegates (excluding the Press Corps). The delegates may be from grades 8th to 12th.
Names of interested delegates along with their email addresses, three committee preferences and prior Model UN experience, must be submitted through email along with the payment by 1st April, 2018.
The registration fee is Rs. 2000 for each delegate and Rs. 1000 for the faculty advisor. This is inclusive of lunch for the duration of the conference, dinner on the second day and stationery.
Participation in the Press Corps is application based, which the delegates shall find on our facebook page and conference website.
Portfolios shall be emailed to you upon receipt of payment within a week. Allocation of delegates to the portfolios assigned by the JMUN Secretariat is at the individual school’s discretion. The names of all delegates along with their committee allocations must be submitted through email by 15th April, 2018.
Study Guides for all committees will be available on the website by 25th April, 2018. The deadline for submission of Position Papers is 10th May, 2018. The guidelines for Position Papers will be posted on the website as well as on our facebook page.
For outstation teams, the accommodation fares and details are provided on our website . All mentioned rates are inclusive of taxes, complimentary breakfast and transportation charges to and from the airport, conference venue and respective hotels.

Once the registration form has been submitted, you will be contacted by the Secretariat and asked to make the payment.

Regarding the Press Corps you will be asked to make the payment only after you’re notified that your application has been accepted.
